Suitable for long and short pasta shapes production, which can be obtain by simply changing the extruding die. Pasta machine La Monferrina P12 is a medium-sized machine which suitable for small restaurants and pizzerias. 4 standard metal dies at choice from the dies catalogue are included with the Pasta making machine P12, while the penne die, PTFE dies and the pasta sheet dies have to be bought apart. The machine comes with an automatic pasta knife, double vat, a fan, water cooling system and a pasta tray. The operation of this machine is simple and efficient. It has an anodized aluminum frame, and the parts in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and it respect all accident prevention regulations in force. The extruder can also be equipped with various accessories (production of ravioli, gnocchi, multipasta).
